It is evident for scholars that the Precious Islamic Jurisprudence (FIQH) wealth, based on Ahlulbait`s (shia  Imams) school is one of the richest inheritances of Islamic culture and civilization which has presented hundreds of scientific and brilliant monuments to Islam world and human-being,so that each of them involves an outstanding place and has enriched the treasure of Islamic divine science books .

Our pious ancestors, through the great endeavors, with difficulties and shortage of facilities, every one has added a book or books to this precious inheritance. Nevertheless,not only the Islam world but also all the Scientific centers and scholars all over the world are highly eager to be aquainted to all the matters, divine sciences and different aspects of religious jurisprudence (FIQH) of Ahlulbait's school.

At the present time a perfect collection including all the fields, ideas and works based on Ahlulbait`s school is not available, therefore , with regard to my long time wish to organize preparing the Islamic jurisprudence (FIQH) encyclopedia of Ahlulbait`s school, and since you are considered as a brilliant scholar in the field of science and action and ,fotunately have obtained a high rank on religious jurisprudence (FIQH) and its related fields, I charge you to establish and manage an institute to prepare the mentioned encyclopedia.

It is hoped that with cooperation of great scholars in Islamic studies centers you can bring this perpetual service to a conclusion in a suitable time. Praying God for your Success.
